The Johari Window was created by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harrington “Harry” Ingham. Johari Reflections is Unique Network’s practical interpretation of that established model.
We do not claim to have created or own the model. We use it as a framework for reflection and conversation, not as a clinical or scientifically validated test.
People should approach feedback with curiosity, keep their own judgement and seek qualified support when a question needs professional expertise.
